Ashley Holm brings to ECS over 24 years of experience in the nonprofit industry. She is a self described “data nerd, with a heart” and has a broad experience in database management and implementation, including ETO, Apricot, Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, and DonorPerfect.
She holds Certified Administrator status in ETO, Apricot and Salesforce. She believes nonprofits are the most effective at changing and improving lives. “I think effective performance management is helping nonprofits weave convincing narratives balanced by evidence and outcomes.”
