Qualifications and Expertise
Meghan Cain-Davis, MPA, CETO, Gold Level ETO™ Site Administrator, has over seven years of experience in data and performance management, outcomes measurement, and efficiency building in the nonprofit sector. She has helped organizations identify performance goals and build systems that ensure the quality and fidelity of their data as well as measure, analyze, and report on organizational and program effectiveness.
With her years of journalism and training experience, Ms. Cain-Davis is a skilled communicator who is able to translate complex ideas for diverse stakeholders and share her passion for the power of data. She has experience in the ETO™ and Apricot systems and has been a Professional Implementation Partner for the CaseWorthy system since 2016.
Education
Ms. Cain-Davis holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Kentucky and a master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on community development from Eastern Kentucky University. While in graduate school, Ms. Cain-Davis authored and co-authored several research projects with focuses on nonprofit education in rural communities, the effectiveness of employment assistance programs in Kentucky, and community needs assessments that leverage community action councils. She has presented her research at the Southeastern Conference for Public Administration.
