Shakira Williams, CETO, Gold Level ETO™ Site Administrator and Certified Apricot Administrator,
has over fifteen years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and database management in the nonprofit sector. She specializes in implementation, data collection, custom report building, and data migration. Reporting experience includes, but not limited to, low income housing, homelessness, and domestic violence.
Ms. Williams holds an associate’s degree in Psychology from Southwestern College.
