The ECS Lead Consultant is an independent contract position working both collaboratively and independently as a subject matter expert on identified web-based data collection systems including design, configuration, administration services and report development and writing. Working with both U.S. and international customers, this position may also provide training services including material development. Consultant will work closely with ECS and customer teams in an efficient and timely manner. This position provides schedule flexibility with varied time commitment and can vary from PT to FT and beyond. Ten percent travel is possible.
