Program Evaluation/Outcomes Development
Our process of evaluating programs includes examining and tracking accomplishments and service components to assess the effectiveness of defined program outcomes and indicators. Once a program is in a position to routinely and systematically examine its effectiveness empirically through careful data collection and thoughtful analysis, it can become engaged in evaluation research. Data is collected from observation, interview, questionnaires and documentation information. Components of programming are determined based on their range of applicability, objectivity, validity and obligations and how explorations of the milieu can meet the theoretical design. Organizational Review and Assessment
