ECS can provide short- or long-term technical assistance to Customers to help guide teams through content review, build and/or amendments. Our team can be on stand-by for quick help on a variety of tasks as they may arise whether they be a well-defined, slightly imprecise or an urgent need for assistance. We empathize because we’ve all been there.
System Administration Services
We can supplement or provide full or part-time, long-term or short-term system administrator services in ETO, Apricot, CaseWorthy, ECM or other environments to help ensure continuous quality services for users. Our team can also provide guidance on best practices and tips and tricks to assist Customers in improving their site administration knowledge. We’ve touched that hot stove before, so let us help your team avoid it.
Content Management
ECS offers in-depth content review and feedback on efficiency and usability with an eye on usability and reporting. Our team has deep experience with many types of programming and team structures and can assist with developing content to meet your team’s needs and ensure that the valuable data recorded can be reported in an efficient and helpful manner.
Data Migration
Often customers choose to migrate data from within their current system or from a previous database into their new data system. Our experienced consultants provide guidance with this process by assessing the quantity of data to be migrated and performing data mapping between the two databases to ensure an efficient process. ECS will work with the customer to prepare the data for migration and either provide guidance on migrating data to the new system or complete the migration task at hand.
